Pulse Experience Agents
Agents are priced per intervention engaged: one visitor, stuck, who took us up on the help. Not per seat, not per page, not per domain, and not per impression. When an agent offers help and the visitor carries on without it, that costs you nothing.
If you reach your volume early, it stops. No overage charge and no surprise invoice. That is a signal to move up a tier, and whether you do is your call.
Everything else
Licensed on scope: which solutions you run, how many channels and markets, and how much of the work our team handles.
Most clients start with a single high-friction journey and expand on proven lift.
The rest of the platform is licensed on scope: which solutions you run, how many channels and markets, and how much of the work our team handles. Tell us what you’re solving and we’ll return a concrete proposal. Most clients start with a single high-friction journey and expand on proven lift.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Pulse Insights cost?
Two models. Pulse Experience Agents are priced per intervention engaged, so you pay when a visitor takes up the help rather than when it is offered. Everything else is licensed on scope: which solutions you run, how many channels and markets, and how much of the work our team handles. Most clients start with a single high-friction journey and expand on proven lift.
Is there a free trial?
We run a scoped pilot rather than a self-serve trial, because the value shows up when interventions are live on your real traffic. A pilot on one journey is the usual starting point.
What drives the price up or down?
Channel and market count, the number of live programs, and the service model. Teams that run the program themselves pay less than teams who want ours to run it.
Are there implementation fees?
Implementation is one script tag, so there is no large setup project to fund. Where custom integration work is genuinely needed, it is scoped and quoted separately rather than assumed.
What happens if we go over the volume?
It stops. There is no overage charge and no surprise invoice. Reaching your volume early is a signal to move up a tier, and whether you do is your call.
