Implementation Process

Approach Overview
Building Feedback Programs That Actually Work: A Collaborative Approach
Most feedback implementations follow the same predictable pattern: a vendor demo, a signed contract, a brief onboarding call, and then you're handed login credentials with a "good luck." Six months later, you're staring at disappointing response rates and insights that feel disconnected from your business goals.
There's a better way.
Curiosity-Driven Partnership
The most successful feedback programs begin with shared curiosity about your customers. Instead of asking "What surveys should we build?" we start with "What don't we know about our customers that's holding us back?"
This collaborative approach means our first conversation isn't about features or question types. It's about understanding the questions keeping your leadership awake at night. When a retail client mentions cart abandonment, we get curious together: What's really driving it? When does it happen? What would reducing it by 20% unlock for the business?
In-the-Moment Learning
Traditional feedback programs start with assumptions and generic templates. Our approach starts with strategic curiosity and iterates in real-time.
We work together to map customer feedback opportunities to your biggest unknowns. If you're launching a new product line, we design feedback that captures not just satisfaction scores, but the deeper insights that drive decisions—purchase intent, feature priorities, competitive positioning. Each response teaches us something new, and we adjust our approach immediately.
The magic happens when business context meets customer voice in real-time. Instead of learning that "customers want better product information," you discover that 67% of high-value prospects need technical specifications that aren't currently available. Within days, not months, you're testing solutions.
Continuous Discovery, Not Handoffs
Most implementations involve static handoffs: requirements gathering, survey design, launch. Our collaborative process treats every response as a learning opportunity that shapes what we ask next.
When you see the first survey designs, we're reviewing them together—but more importantly, we're discussing what early responses reveal about your customers. Low engagement on question three? We iterate immediately. Surprising pattern in the data? We get curious and dig deeper with follow-up questions.
This builds institutional knowledge within your team while maintaining momentum. You don't just get surveys that work; you develop an instinct for what drives results and how to evolve your approach.
Shared Learning, Accelerated Insights
Our collaborative approach creates two-way knowledge transfer that benefits both teams. We share what drives results across hundreds of implementations. You share deep knowledge about your customers and market dynamics.
But the real value comes from our shared curiosity about what your specific customers will teach us. Every unexpected response becomes a hypothesis to test. Every insight sparks new questions. This iterative learning creates feedback programs that feel native to your business and continuously surprise you with new discoveries.
The Result: Programs That Stick
The difference between feedback programs that thrive and those that fade isn't the sophistication of the technology or the cleverness of the questions. It's whether the program feels essential to how the business operates.
Our collaborative approach creates that sense of essential integration. When customer feedback becomes central to product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and customer experience improvements, the program doesn't just survive—it becomes indispensable.
You're not buying software. You're gaining a partner committed to your success, armed with the experience of building hundreds of programs, and dedicated to ensuring yours delivers the business impact you need.
Because that's what true collaboration looks like: shared goals, combined expertise, and mutual investment in outcomes that matter.

How to integrate
Use your personalized Integration Guide, available via your CSM or in your Console Account
Use Documentation as needed
Schedule implementation meeting(s) with your Solution Engineer via your Client Success Manager
Invite necessary stakeholders including your tagging, data, privacy, and accessibility teams
Deliverables
