Client data is held in the strictest of confidence; it won’t be shared without anonymizing and aggregating unless there is explicit written permission from client.
4. Integration with other parties such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Pulse Insights has the ability to integrate Pulse Insights survey submission data with other third party providers. For example, if a Pulse Insights survey asks if end users on a travel website if they are shopping for business or pleasure, by integrating with Google Analytics, the client can compare conversion rates segmented by how users answered the survey in Google Analytics.
The anonymous survey response data is inserted into Google Analytics via client-side code that runs in the browser upon survey submission.
Pulse Insights does not have access to any data directly from Google Analytics, but rather sends non-PII data to Google Analytics.
Pulse Insights will not (and will not allow any third party to) use the Pulse Insights to track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an individual (such as a name, email address or billing information), or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by Google.
5. Security and bugs
We invest heavily to keep your information secure and our service bug-free. If there is a suspected or known breach or error that compromises any client data security, we may trigger mandatory password resets and will invoke our client communication plan.
6. Notice of Changes
If we make changes to this Data Use Policy we will post publicly here (www.pulseinsights.com/policies/data-usage-policy). If the changes are material, we will provide you additional, prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances.
