Full Stack Senior Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced full stack senior developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development using Rails, Postgres, and React.

As a full stack senior developer, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will work with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to conceptualize, build, test, and maintain web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, high-quality web applications using Rails, Postgres, and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, test, and maintain web applications
• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and security of our web applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in web development

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on Rails, Postgres, and React
• Strong understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application architecture
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Proficiency with Git and version control
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS and GCP
• Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools
• Experience with responsive web design
